Summary:
This book is not a story, it’s a book that explain the stress and how to react and how to feel. It can be very usefull for someone who is habitually stress. In example, they explain how to relax when we are stressed, why we are habitually stressed ect. At the beginning of the book, they make us do a little test about our stress. We only need to answere by yes or no. They also showed some examples of persons who got stress situations. They explain all of the things that stress can make to people. In example, they said that the most of the reasons of the stress are: homeworks, tests, school, team tryouts, busy scheduls, competitions, gardes, wanting to be love by others ect. Here is example of feeling when we are stress. We are: anxious, confused, excited, jumpy, nervous, panicky, pressured, shaky, tense, wired ect. There is also two kinds of stress. There is the good one and the bad one. The good one is when we are excited about someting. It’s call having adrelanin, it’s when you are haste to do something. But when it bad stress, it’s because you are scared and you don’t want to this. s
